Some of the reception staff are quite rude with their manners whats the point of appointment times when yr seen an hour later it's terrible you can't see the doctor you want a family member was given medication that reacted with another because some doctors can't be bothered to check a persons background and the medication they are taking which is unacceptable and risking lives of people my father has ongoing heart trouble and diabetes which I feel he is not being seen with aftercare and monitored properly these type of patients should be monitored there's no excuse this surgery needs to sort its self out it takes on more patients than it can handle it should be about the patient and peoples lives not how many patients see in a week .
